Service Agreements

Client Responsibilities

Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with Dmagic by D Corp by providing timely feedback, approvals, and any additional information needed for the successful execution of the Services.
Payment: You agree to pay for the Services as specified in your service agreement. Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the agreement.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in materials provided by Dmagic by D Corp, including but not limited to website designs, marketing materials, and reports, remain with us unless otherwise agreed upon.
License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided by us for the purposes outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: Dmagic by D Corp makes no warranties or representations regarding the success of the Services or the results of any marketing activities.
Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the Services. This obligation will survive the termination of these Terms.
Termination
Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate the service agreement upon written notice as specified in the agreement.
Termination for Cause: Dmagic by D Corp may terminate the agreement if you breach any terms and fail to cure the breach within a specified period.
Changes to Terms
Dmagic by D Corp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
